William I 1066-1087

Richard I 1189-1199

Richard the Lionheart, as he was commonly known, reigned from 1189 to 1199. Richard succeed the thrown from his father Henry II. After-which is brother John was crowned King of England in 1199.

John 1199-1216

John was crowned King of England in 1199 after the death of his older brother, King Richard I. Aside from the tales of Robin Hood, King John is remembered for the signing of the Magna Carta.

Henry VIII

Henry Tudor regined from 1509 till 1547. He succeeded his father, Henry VII, to become the second monarch in the house of Tudor. It is because of Henry VIII that our religon is Church of England and not Catholic.

To ensure Henry's line would continue he was determind to have a son, a male to continue the Tudor regin. He was so determind, he married 6 woman, each of which promised him a son.
